Meshark Sikuku

Team Leader/M&E specialist

Meshark is the Team Leader and M&E Specialist for the Kenya Development Response to Displacement Impacts Project (KDRDIP) in Lagdera Sub County. His main role is to provide overall leadership for the project implementation including monitoring and evaluation, coordination and team capacity building. Sikuku has over 10 years’ experience in similar roles.


Prior to joining RRDO, Sikuku worked with other national and international organizations such as Sustainable Agriculture and Community Development Programme (SACDEP Kenya) and most recently Food for the Hungry International (FH) where he worked as a Food Security and Livelihoods Coordinator.


Sikuku holds a Master degree in Development management from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences (Leeuwarden Netherlands), Bachelors Degree in Agriculture Extension (Egerton University) and Graduate Diploma in Project Management (Kenya Institute of Management –Nairobi). Sikuku has also attended a number of professional trainings in the United States and Australia.


Sikuku is currently based at the RRDO field office at Modogashe, Lagdera Sub County.
