200 households from both refugees and the host community supported every year with varieties of vegetable, cereals species e g water melon, capsicum, tomatoes, pepper, okra, spinach, maize, beans sorghum and cow peas for planting at tap stand areas, the vast lagdera swamp and greenbelt sites. These farmers who were already doing this on their own have increased their production by 50% and hence this changed their lively hood.
