RRDO promotes community stability and social cohesion by supporting peaceful, inclusive and resilient communities affected by displacement, conflict, poverty and climate related pressures. Our work strengthens community dialogue, local leadership, protection systems and inclusive participation so that women, youth, vulnerable groups and host communities can contribute to decisions that affect their lives.

Our programmes address the social drivers of conflict and exclusion through practical, community led interventions that build trust, reduce tensions and promote shared solutions. RRDO works closely with communities, local authorities, civil society actors and partners to strengthen peaceful coexistence, improve accountability and support long term community resilience.
